📈 How the Educational Center earns organic traffic and AI-search visibility, per PRD Section 5.16: rich, correct content that AI search tools and web search pull from because it's authoritative and complete.
The strategy in one paragraph
Every lesson in this workspace is written to answer one specific, real question a KoraSpace prospect would search. Published as web pages (not locked behind login), interlinked into topic clusters (Module 37), and kept accurate and current, this content should earn both traditional search rankings and citations in AI-generated answers — the exact mechanism described in PRD Section 5.16.
From lesson to published article
Each lesson in this workspace is source material, not the final published format. The publishing team should:
- Combine a module's 5 lessons into one comprehensive article (aim for one article per module = 60 launch articles, or split high-value modules into standalone lesson articles for longer-tail keywords).
- Apply the Module 38 on-page SEO checklist: title, meta description, headings, internal links, alt text.
- Link every article to 2–3 related articles (topic clusters, Module 37).
- Add a byline, publish date, and "last updated" date — freshness signals matter for both search and AI citation.
- Publish under a consistent URL structure, e.g. /edu/[academy-slug]/[module-slug].
The 52-article launch calendar
See the SEO Blog Calendar database below for the full week-by-week plan. Logic: start with Academy 01 and 12 (foundations + product, both high-intent), then spread across the remaining academies over 12 weeks, prioritizing modules that map to keywords with real, checkable search demand.
Distribution checklist (Module 40 applied)
For every published article:
- Share on KoraSpace's own social accounts (practice what we teach)
- Include in the weekly newsletter, if one exists
- Submit to Google Search Console for indexing
- Internally link from at least 2 other existing articles
- Consider a short LinkedIn post from Andrew or Ore/Koko summarizing the key insight (founder-led distribution, per the PRD's marketing plan, Section 14)
Freshness policy
Social media and AI move fast. Review every published article:
- Platform-specific articles (Academy 04, 07): every 3 months
- Everything else: every 6–12 months
- Update the "last checked" date whenever a fact, statistic or screen reference is verified, even if no other changes are made
What "authoritative and complete" means in practice
- No thin content: every article should be genuinely useful on its own, not just a wrapper for a KoraSpace pitch
- Cite real sources (Resource Library database below) rather than assertions
- Answer the question fully before mentioning KoraSpace's own features
- Original data or perspective wins more citations than restated conventional wisdom — KoraSpace's own product data (once available) should eventually feed unique statistics back into this content (PRD Section 7.5, Data Flywheel)
Success metrics for this strategy
- Organic search traffic to /edu/* pages (month over month)
- Number of articles ranking on page 1 for their target keyword
- Referring domains / backlinks earned
- Signups attributed to Edu Center traffic (via UTM, Module 29)
- Appearances in AI-generated answers (spot-check monthly by asking common questions to major AI search tools)
